For optimal support, the StarBand Call Center strongly recommends the use of Operating Systems Windows 2000 Professional, Windows XP, or Macintosh OS 9, OS X. The Call Center will also support Windows 98, 98 SE, and Me.

The protection plan does not apply to the StarBand Flyer® Series of mobility services.
